The role starts with on-site training and nesting, and continues in a hybrid model depending on your performance.

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
• Adapt quickly to new processes and tools during training and nesting

Requirements

• Fluent French
• Fluent English
• Customer support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
