What you will do in this role

As a Billing and Payments Specialist, you will:

• Own end-to-end invoicing workflows for advertising clients across multiple products and platforms.
• Generate, review, and distribute accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms and campaign delivery.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with Sales, Ad Ops, Finance, and Product teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client invoicing inquiries, delivering clear and professional communication.
• Maintain and reconcile billing data across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Identify inefficiencies in billing workflows and propose process improvements.
• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
