Business Process Architect

Devexperts works with respected financial institutions, delivering products and tailor-made solutions for retail and brokerage houses, exchanges, and buy-side firms. The company focuses on trading platforms and brokerage automation, complex software development projects, market data products, and IT consulting services. 

We are looking for a Business Process Architect to support transformation initiatives of our client, a leading investment company in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on deep process analysis, practical improvement implementation, and close collaboration with business and technology teams.

We expect the Business Process Architect to:

• Analyze and document current-state (“As-Is”) processes, capturing detailed onboarding, trading operations, reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and investment servicing functions,
• Run process discovery workshops, working directly with business and operations teams to uncover execution challenges and undocumented workarounds,
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks, using data and stakeholder input to pinpoint improvement opportunities,
• Translate manual activities and fragmented workflows into structured business requirements, user stories, and automation opportunities,
• Design and implement future-state (“To-Be”) processes, with a clear focus on standardization, scalability, and automation,
• Work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to drive process standardization and operational scalability,
• Support the definition and governance of business analysis and process engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Must-have skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in process engineering, process mapping, and workflow optimization,
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops with business and operational stakeholders to document and optimize operational workflows and procedures,
• Understanding of brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, and digital financial services operating models,
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills,
• Experience designing and maintaining Business Capability Maps, Target Operating Models, and enterprise business architecture artifacts,
• Fluent English language.
