14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30

Type: Full-time, On-site

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Italian (C1 minimum)

• Good level of English (B2)

• EU ID or valid Portuguese Residence Card (mandatory)

• Open to working rotational shifts and weekends

• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines

• Respond to and resolve user issues with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in content decisions
