Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: January 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotational shifts between 07:00 to 19:00

  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
    Workplace: On-Site
    Contract Type: CDD, 6 months

Your Role at a Glance

Step into the role of Customer Care Maestro, where you'll provide exceptional support for leading home appliance brands. As a fluent French (C2) and proficient English (B2) communicator, you'll become the voice of trust and expertise, solving customer inquiries with precision and warmth.

From troubleshooting to delivering tailored solutions, your mission is to ensure every customer experience ends with satisfaction and a smile.

What You`ll Bring:

  • Language Mastery: Fluent French (C2) & English (B2)
  • Empathy and Problem-Solving Skills: A natural talent for connecting with customers and resolving issues
  • Customer-First Attitude: Your focus is on creating seamless and pleasant interactions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with rotational schedules and dynamic workflows.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: 895 EUR (14 payments/year)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100EUR/month for meeting KPIs
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR/day
  • Transport Allowance: 20EUR/month
  • Health Insurance:
    • Coverage from Day 1 (contribution required).
    • Free after 6 months of service.
