Customer Loyalty and Growth Associate (m/f/d) German speaker

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Loyalty and Growth Associate (m/f/d) to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our existing customers, guide them through the renewal process, and identify opportunities to help them get even more value from AnyDesk. By combining a customer-focused mindset with commercial thinking, you will directly contribute to customer retention and sustainable revenue growth.

• Manage the renewal process for assigned customers throughout the 90-day renewal window and ensure a smooth customer experience


• Identify and pursue upsell and growth opportunities based on individual customer needs


• Support customers with license upgrades, migrations from legacy licenses, and the consolidation of existing licenses


• Proactively identify potential churn risks and develop suitable solutions to strengthen customer retention


• Conduct product demos and advise customers on the solutions and features that best fit their needs


• Gather and document customer feedback to better understand churn drivers and contribute to improving our retention strategy

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal  


• Easy to work with


• Sense of urgency


• Strong customer focus combined with a commercial mindset and an interest in negotiation, retention, and account growth


• Confidence in communicating with customers and presenting products or solutions


• Organized and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, additional languages would be a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with targets, quotas, or KPIs


• Interest in technology, particularly SaaS


• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
