Customer Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to empower Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) growing their digital presence across major global social media platforms. You will support business clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) levels by providing empathetic and efficient support.
• Handle sensitive account information securely and manage client communications professionally.

Requirements

• C1 Level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication tone.
• Ability to troubleshoot ad platform tools and manage client inquiries smoothly.
• Digital literacy and quick learning ability.

• Base Package: Gross monthly package of €1,237.83 (including base salary + 13th/14th month splits + daily meal allowance).
