WORKING HOURS
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, plus a lunch break.

YOUR ROLE

• Contact potential members to introduce services and encourage new memberships.
• Reach out to former members to present the available services.
• Communicate with customers over the phone in a professional and engaging manner.
• Help attract new members and build positive customer relationships.

TRAINING

• 5 working days of initial training.
• Up to 5 additional working days of practical training.
• Training compensation is provided upon successful completion, in line with the applicable conditions.

CONTRACT & BENEFITS

• Employment contract with an expected duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Opportunity for a permanent contract after two years.
• Private health and dental insurance after signing the employment contract, subject to eligibility requirements.
• Meal allowance.
• 22 days of annual leave in accordance with Portuguese law.
