Danish-speaking Customer Care Specialist | Remote | Portugal

Would you like to work remotely while using your Danish and English every day? Cross Border Talents is looking for a bilingual customer support professional who enjoys communicating with people and delivering helpful, friendly service.

What we're looking for

• Native-level or fluent Danish.
• Fluent English.
• A customer-oriented approach and clear communication skills.
• Current residence in Portugal is required.

Your work setup

• Work model: Remote
• Location requirement: You must already live in Portugal.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, following the Danish schedule.
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.
• Equipment: If you live within 50 km of the office, you'll need to collect your equipment in person. For those living farther away, the equipment will be shipped.
