Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Meal Plan Subscription Industry (Lisbon)

Help families and foodies across Denmark enjoy fresh, healthy ingredients delivered right to their doorsteps!

The Role

  • Subscription Management: Assist Danish-speaking customers with active subscription modifications, delivery pausing, account reactivations, and menu selections.
  • Logistics Support: Coordinate with delivery and fulfillment partners to track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and manage address updates in real-time.
  • Billing & Payments: Handle inquiries regarding automated billing, promo codes, refunds, and payment method updates with precision.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively log customer feedback regarding ingredient freshness, recipe selections, and box packaging to assist our culinary and quality assurance teams.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, high-tech, and social office hub.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Danish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented tone.

  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Soft Skills: Highly empathetic, calm under pressure when resolving delivery bottlenecks, and an excellent multitasker.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ability to manage multiple screen layouts, internal chat logs, and tracking systems smoothly.
