Danish-Speaking Retail Support Specialist – Hybrid Work Model (Lisbon)

Are you fluent in Danish with a strong customer service background and an interest in modern retail and e-commerce? We are seeking detail-oriented, consumer-focused professionals to join our retail operations team in Lisbon, Portugal.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking shoppers and retail clients—handling order tracking, returns processing, product inquiries, and account management. Start with full on-site support and transition into a flexible hybrid work model after 3 months!

The Role

• Customer Advisory: Assist Danish shoppers via phone, live chat, and email regarding order statuses, product availability, size guides, shipping details, and promotion codes.
  
• Order & Return Management: Process exchanges, refunds, claims for damaged goods, and delivery updates using integrated retail CRM and inventory platforms.
  
• Resolution & Feedback: Handle order discrepancies or billing queries with patience and high service standards, turning challenging interactions into positive brand experiences.
  
• Platform Operations: Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping delays and update customer tracking data accurately.
  

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  
• Work Model: Hybrid Work Model (First 3 months 100% on-site during onboarding and initial performance integration; hybrid split between office and home thereafter).
  
• Relocation Support: Full relocation package included for candidates moving to Lisbon from abroad (flight reimbursement + company-provided accommodation during the initial period).

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in Danish (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
  
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer support, hospitality, or e-commerce is advantageous (paid onboarding provided).
  
• Skills: Excellent communication, empathetic problem-solving, and comfortable navigating multi-screen digital CRM platforms.
