Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide professional customer assistance, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

• Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal.

Working Schedule

• Working hours: 08:00–18:00.
• Initially on-site in Lisbon, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model after the first three months.
