Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-oriented professional fluent in both Dutch and English to join a global insurance team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance brokers, handling inquiries via phone and email while delivering detailed information on insurance products and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage email correspondence with customers and brokers.
• Provide clear and detailed information regarding insurance products, policies, and coverage details.
• Assist customers with account updates, inquiries, and policy cancellation requests.
• Support insurance brokers by routing and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards and deliver a friendly, professional service experience.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent or native proficiency in Dutch, along with strong proficiency in English.
• Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-first approach.
• Attributes: Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
• Location & Work Schedule: Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with rotational weekday shifts.
