Your Role:

• Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Familiarize yourself with internal systems to support customers efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
