Are you a calm-under-pressure Dutch speaker ready to help travelers get back on the road? We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for a leading Roadside Assistance provider. This role is based in our vibrant Porto office, offering the perfect blend of a professional career and the relaxed Portuguese lifestyle.

The Role

• First Response: Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.
• Coordination: Organize towing services, mobile mechanics, or alternative transport to ensure customers are never stranded.
• Empathy & Efficiency: Provide clear instructions and reassurance to customers in stressful situations.
• Accuracy: Log case details accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up and insurance processing.

Working Model

• Location: Initial training and first 3 months are based at our office in Porto.
• Flexibility: Depending on your performance and hitting your KPIs, you may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work model after the initial 3-month period.

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,000 – €1,300 Gross monthly.
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts).

• Training: Comprehensive paid training on technical vehicle support and internal software.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native Dutch: Excellent communication skills to handle urgent calls.
• English Proficiency: B2 level for internal communication and documentation.
• Eligibility: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Availability: Ready to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.
• Personality: A resilient problem-solver who enjoys helping people.
