Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Arrangement: On-site for the first 3 months, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model afterwards
Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 18:00

About the Opportunity

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and enjoy assisting people? We are looking for a multilingual professional to join a customer service team in Lisbon.

This role offers the chance to work in an international setting, develop your customer support skills, and build your experience in a customer-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking assistance
• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information
• Help resolve issues while maintaining a professional and friendly approach
• Communicate effectively in both Dutch and English
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience

• Excellent command of Dutch
• Strong English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• A helpful, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site during the initial period
