Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–21:00) | 40 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Lisbon. You will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) of one of the world's most recognizable technology companies, helping them grow their business through online advertising. You will be in contact with clients via phone, email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients to grow their business across multiple channels (phone, email and chat)
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
• Share product insights and customer feedback with the engineering team

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch
• Fluent English
• Interest in online advertising and new technologies
• Customer support or sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
