Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – 100% Remote (Work From Home in Portugal)

Are you fluent in Dutch and looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role? We are seeking detail-oriented, empathetic, and communicative professionals to join our international customer service team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across various sectors (such as e-commerce, fintech, or travel), delivering top-tier assistance and resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and email from the comfort of your home anywhere in Portugal.

The Role

• Customer Assistance: Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
  
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot order issues, account management requests, billing questions, or service interruptions using internal CRM systems.
  
• Customer Retention: Turn challenging situations into positive experiences by offering clear explanations, alternative options, and active listening.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and ticketing outcomes in internal databases.
  

Working Model & Location

• Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Must reside anywhere in Portugal: mainland or islands).
  
• Work Model: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible or rotational shift patterns.
  
• Relocation: No relocation package provided. Candidates must already reside in Portugal or hold full legal authorization to work locally.

Requirements

• Technical Workspace: Quiet, private home office setup with high-speed internet (direct Ethernet connection required).

• Experience: Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience is an advantage, but full paid training is provided.
