Join a leading multinational financial technology company and support customers using an online payment platform. You will help customers with payment-related inquiries, account funding, and transaction concerns while delivering a professional and reliable customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written inquiries.
• Assist customers with payment transactions and account funding.
• Investigate and resolve payment and collection-related questions.
• Explain account history, product details, and relevant policies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computer applications and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Experience in financial services or transaction processing is an advantage.
