About the Position

Join an international team in Lisbon as an English-speaking Customer Service professional.

In this on-site role, you will provide high-quality customer support and manage customer interactions within a dynamic advertising technology environment.

You will assist users with their questions and concerns while ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in English
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage customer interactions across relevant support channels
• Assist users with advertising-related products and services
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international environment

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or a similar service environment
• Previous experience with paid campaign management
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in or familiarity with an Advertising Technology environment is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding and regular use of social media products
• Basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work rotational shifts
