English Customer Service Representative – Meta | Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist clients with Meta’s digital advertising products and tools.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Help improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
