English-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotating shifts | 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Lisbon. You will support small and medium-sized businesses of a leading global technology company, helping them grow through online advertising tools. You will be in contact with clients by chat, email and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients via chat, email and phone
• Provide pre- and post-sales support
• Assist clients with products and tools to improve their experience
• Help expand the self-serve advertising client base
• Handle sensitive information and de-escalate situations when needed

Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum)
• Empathetic, helpful and a strong team player
• Fast learner, comfortable with digital tools
• Previous customer support, sales or BPO experience is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
