Main Requirements

• English C1 minimum
• Excellent spoken English with clear and easily understandable pronunciation
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations
• Comfortable handling sensitive information
• Fast learner and team player
• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
• Available to work on-site in Lisbon

About the Role
You will provide customer support to small and medium-sized business clients through phone, chat and email, helping them use digital advertising products and tools effectively.

This is a customer-service-focused position, so a warm communication style, empathy and excellent spoken English are particularly important.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business customers through phone, chat and email
• Provide pre- and post-sales customer support
• Support users with products and online tools
• Help resolve customer questions and issues
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction levels

Schedule & Work Model

• Lisbon, Portugal
• On-site
• 40 hours/week
• Rotational shifts
• Exact schedule confirmed during the recruitment process 

Training
Around 15 working days, 8 hours/day, conducted in English.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold an EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal.
