Main Requirements

• Fluent English with clear and easily understandable pronunciation

• Previous Customer Support experience is mandatory
• Technical support experience or an academic background in IT/technology is required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable learning technically complex products and systems
• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Flexibility for morning/day or night-shift opportunities

About the Role
Join an international customer support team working with a leading technology platform. You will assist both individual and business users with technical and account-related queries in a fast-paced environment.

The training for this project is highly technical, so candidates should be comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support users with billing and invoicing queries
• Troubleshoot account access and technical issues
• Guide customers on how to use digital products and tools
• Provide support across multiple customer-contact channels
• Deliver timely and accurate solutions
• Maintain high service and quality standards

Schedule & Work Model

• Lisbon, Portugal
• On-site
• 40 hours/week

• Day and night shifts available, depending on the current intake

Training

• Approximately 15 working days
• Full-time technical and product training
• Customer management and on-the-job training
