Do you speak Spanish at a native or near-native level and enjoy helping people? A retail customer support team in Lisbon is looking for a Spanish-speaking professional to be the voice of the brand for its customers.

What You'll Do

• Support retail customers in Spanish and answer their questions clearly
• Resolve issues in a friendly, professional way
• Follow internal guidelines to keep the customer experience consistent

What We're Looking For

• Fluent or native-level Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, helpful, solution-oriented attitude
• Currently living in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday
