Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Entertainment & Streaming Platform (Lisbon)

Are you a Finnish speaker who loves movies, TV series, and the latest digital entertainment trends? We are looking for tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our team on-site in Lisbon supporting one of the world's leading Video Streaming Platforms. Help Finnish subscribers stream their favorite content seamlessly while building a career in an international tech environment!

The Role

  • Streaming Support: Assist Finnish-speaking users with device compatibility, account setup, profile management, and video playback troubleshooting (smart TVs, mobile apps, gaming consoles).
  • Subscription & Billing: Handle inquiries regarding monthly plans, billing cycles, payment failures, promo codes, and cancellations with transparency and accuracy.
  • Connectivity Troubleshooting: Guide users step-by-step through network connectivity diagnostics, app updates, and configuration fixes to resolve buffering or login issues.
  • Content Inquiries: Provide helpful navigation tips and log user feedback regarding content availability, subtitles, and localized audio options.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office.

Requirements

  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using smart devices, casting technologies, and troubleshooting application settings.
  • Soft Skills: Highly empathetic, calm under pressure when resolving technical glitches, and a natural problem solver.
