French and English Speaking Customer Service Specialist

You will oversee Order to Cash operations, resolve complex payment queries and help improve financial processes. This is an opportunity to take ownership, mentor colleagues and work with international teams.

What you will do

• Oversee billing, collections, cash application, order management and dispute resolution.
• Monitor outstanding payments, review accounts receivable reports and improve collection performance.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and negotiate payment terms.
• Support financial closing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting and audit requirements.
• Improve processes and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.
• Train and support junior team members.

What we are looking for

• Strong spoken and written French and C1 English.
• 5–7 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of financial controls.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Experience with international operations and transactions in multiple currencies.

You must have the right to live and work in Portugal. No relocation support is available.
