Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative already based in Porto to join our international team. You will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in French (and occasionally in English)

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native or fluent French speaker

• Good command of English (B1+ or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Must already be residing in Porto
