About the Role

We are looking for a French & English-speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Portugal. You will use your French and English language skills to support business customers of a leading global customer experience company. The role starts with on-site training and continues in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business (B2B) customers in French and English
• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction

Requirements

• Proficiency in French
• Proficiency in English
• Customer support or B2B experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
