Location: Braga, Portugal (On-Site)

Contract: 6 months (with potential continuation)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support clients with inquiries related to savings and benefits solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through professional and solution-oriented communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients via inbound and outbound calls
• Guide clients through various inquiries with clear and accurate information
• Assist customers regarding savings-related goals and available solutions
• Promote relevant contract alternatives using consultative upselling skills
• Deliver warm, professional, and customer-focused service
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all interactions

Requirements

• Native / C2 French (no noticeable accent)
• Previous customer service, support, or sales experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
• Upselling mindset and commercial awareness

  Candidates must already be residing in Portugal, ideally in or near Braga.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 payments
Complexity Bonus: €80 gross/month × 11 months
Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
