About the position

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join their client in Porto. In this on-site role, you will provide essential support to customers for business travel platform, primarily in French and English, contributing to a positive customer experience from the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal.

Additional information

1. A monthly food allowance of 167,86€ is provided.
2. Relocation support is offered for candidates moving to Portugal from outside the country, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months. Specific details will be discussed during the interview. Please note that flight tickets are not included.
3. For candidates already residing in Portugal, relocation support is available exclusively for those fluent in German, Nordic languages, or Dutch.

Requirements

1. Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
   Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
2. Proficiency in English at a business level (C1), with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
3. Fluent/native-level French.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
