Your Role

• Assist customers with the employee benefits app.
• Help with account creation, access, and balance inquiries.
• Guide users in understanding and using their benefits.
• Deliver professional support and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in French.
• No English required!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must currently reside in Portugal.
• Must have valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.
• Available for rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
