What You'll Do

• Assist customers with enquiries by phone and through back-office channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage complaints and objections with a professional approach
• Contribute to sales-related activities when required
• Navigate digital platforms and customer service systems efficiently

What We're Looking For

• French proficiency at C1 or C2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using computers and digital applications
• A customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or call centres is a plus
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Current residence in Portugal is required; relocation support is not available
