About the Role

In this position, you will provide customer support for an innovative app-based solution designed to improve the employee experience.

The platform allows users to manage different types of benefits, including meal, mobility and gift vouchers.

You will assist customers with questions about the application, its features and how to use the available services.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application
• Primarily handle customer requests through inbound calls
• Assist customers with questions regarding app features and functionality
• Support customers with account creation
• Answer questions related to balance management
• Explain and inform customers about the different service features
• Provide clear and professional assistance throughout the customer interaction

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level French
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Comfortable assisting customers with digital applications
• Ability to handle customer questions clearly and professionally
• Availability to work rotational shifts
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Braga

Salary & Benefits

• €930 gross/month × 14 payments
• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
• €7.63 food allowance per working day

Equipment

Candidates living within 50 km of the office will be required to collect their equipment in person.

For candidates living more than 50 km away, the equipment will be shipped to them.

Working Schedule

The position follows a Monday–Friday rotational shift schedule between 07:00 and 18:00, with weekends off.
