French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Car Rental Project

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international car rental project in Porto.

You will assist customers with car rental reservations and related services through multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to provide timely, personalised support while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Please note that this position is within the BPO/customer service sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email and messaging channels.
• Answer questions regarding car rental reservations, services and available rental options.
• Provide accurate information and recommend solutions based on customers' needs.
• Support customers with reservation-related requests, changes and general enquiries.
• Ensure concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
• Handle customer support in French and internal communication or training in English.

Candidate Requirements

• Native or fluent level of French.
• Good command of English.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Comfortable assisting customers through phone, email and messaging.
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or car rental is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: €1,000 gross per month, paid over 14 months.
• Food allowance
• Shared accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Portugal may be available for up to 12 months.
• Flight reimbursement is not provided.
