About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international team in the energy sector in Guimarães, Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in French via phone and back-office channels
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support sales-related activities when required
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Use digital tools and systems to manage customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level required)
• Good computer and digital skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, sales, or customer support is an advantage
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• Must already reside in Portugal (relocation assistance is not provided)
