Start Date: January 15, 2025
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 05:30 PM (rotational shifts)
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  Workplace: On-Site
  Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period)

Your Role in the Team:

As a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for users of a cutting-edge E-Health platform. Your mission will be to provide expert guidance, answer questions, and ensure users have a seamless experience on the platform.

What You Bring:

• Language Proficiency: French at a native or C2 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
• Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service.
• Tech Savviness: Comfort navigating digital platforms and troubleshooting.
• Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to quality.

Your Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 830 EUR (14 payments/year)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 140 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
• Meal Allowance: Daily meal allowance
• Transport Allowance: Monthly transport stipend
• Health Insurance:
  • Coverage starting on Day 1 (small contribution required).
  • Free after 6 months of service.
