French-speaking Customer Support Agent Remote - Greece

Location: Remote (first week of onboarding on-site in Athens, Greece)

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team working remotely. You will support customers of a leading global financial services brand via phone, chat and email, helping them with a wide range of card-related queries. You will start with frontline support (phone and chat in French) and gradually expand into back-office tasks such as email and social media support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for financial products and services via phone, chat and email
• Handle common inquiries such as lost or stolen cards, card benefits, rejected purchases and balance checks
• Start with frontline support (phone or chat in French), then move on to back-office tasks including email support, inbound communication and social media support
• Log and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Work efficiently with approx. 10 client tools, handling 10-20 cases per day
• Meet quality and performance targets (service level, handling time, customer satisfaction)

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 French
• B1 English (needed for training and client tools)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Experience in financial services support is a strong advantage
• Advanced written communication skills
• Good PC skills and strong multitasking ability
• Availability for rotating shifts, including some weekends and nights
