We're looking for French-speaking professionals to support customer interactions within a project associated with e-commerce, sports and leisure.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to customer questions and requests through back-office channels
• Provide clear information and practical solutions
• Address complaints and customer objections effectively
• Assist with commercial activities where needed
• Work with various IT systems and digital applications

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong command of written and spoken French
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable using computer applications and digital tools
• Enjoys helping customers and resolving issues
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and commercial awareness

Previous experience in customer service, customer care, sales, or a call centre is an advantage.
