French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

French speakers in Portugal: no English needed, a customer service role in the energy sector.
We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist (French) to support customers of a company in the oil and gas sector.
The role is based in Porto or Guimarães, and you'll work entirely in French.
What you'll do
· Be the voice of an energy company for its French-speaking customers
· Answer inquiries and resolve issues clearly and professionally
· Keep service quality high on a busy, fast-moving team

· Fluent French (English is not required)
