French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist – IT & Consumer Electronics (Lisbon)

Are you a French speaker with a knack for technology, a natural curiosity for how things work, and a passion for helping others? We are seeking enthusiastic and analytical individuals to join our global engineering and support hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for French-speaking users, helping them resolve hardware, software, and network challenges.

The Role

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues for French-speaking customers.
  • Step-by-Step Guidance: Walk users clearly and patiently through advanced installation processes, driver updates, and configuration fixes via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Incident Management: Replicate complex technical bugs, document hardware malfunctions, and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 engineering teams.
  • Database Documentation: Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of system diagnostics, customer queries, and applied solutions in the internal ticketing database.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office hub.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or Near-Native French with a solid professional command of English (B2) to navigate technical tools and training materials.
  • Tech-Savvy Foundation: Strong interest in or familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), hardware configurations, or network setups (routers, Wi-Fi, DNS).
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional logical thinking, patience, and the ability to break complex technical concepts down into simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
