For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3 years of experience as a HR Application Support Analyst

Ability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, including issue triage, resolution, and escalation following documented procedures and KPI tracking.

Experience in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM)

Familiarity with HR processes and workflows, particularly in recruitment and talent management, to effectively interpret and resolve end-user issues.

Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and presentation, with a structured approach to reporting in collaboration with cross-functional support teams.

Strong organizational and administrative mindset, with the ability to manage support tickets, follow procedures consistently, and communicate clearly across stakeholders.

Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2)

Availability for hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
