About the Role

The IAM Specialist ensures secure, compliant, and efficient identity lifecycle processes while supporting authentication, authorization, and privileged access management initiatives.

Governance

• Implementation of access certification processes


• Segregation of Duties


• Access auditing and evidence


• Compliance with Standards and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001)


• Identity-related risk management

Access Administration

• Creation and management of access profiles


• Definition of permission matrix


• Management of privileged accounts


• Monitoring access and anomalous behavior

Identity Architecture

• Design of hybrid identity architectures


• Implementation of adaptive authentication policies


• Planning of identity modernization strategies


• Definition of security standards for identity services

Technical Skills

• IAM/IGA: Azure AD/Entra, Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now, PingFederate


• PAM: CyberArk PAS, BeyondTrust Password Safe, Delinea Secret Server


• Protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OIDC, WS‑Fed, SCIM, LDAP, RADIUS


• Cloud Identity: Azure, AWS IAM, GCP IAM


• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, API integrations


• Frameworks: Zero Trust, NIST 800‑63, ISO 27001, CIS Controls
