About the Position

Join an international customer service team in Porto as a Customer Service professional, providing high-quality support to customers in Italian and English.

In this role, you will assist customers, resolve inquiries and issues efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Provide clear and appropriate solutions to customer issues.
• Apply strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Handle disputes and emergency situations professionally.
• Use active listening and empathy to understand and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage and retain large amounts of information accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment.

Working Schedule

• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• 24/7 operation.
• Two rotational days off.
• Occasional night shifts may be required, typically between 22:00 and 07:00.
• Night shifts are generally covered occasionally due to a small dedicated night-shift team.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.
• Previous experience or background in healthcare or technical support is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is a plus.
• Strong ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good stress-management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling disputes and emergencies.
• Excellent active listening and empathy skills.
