About the Role

Are you fluent in Italian and English, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people? Join our customer support team in Porto and make a difference by providing empathetic, accurate, and professional assistance.

In this role, you'll support customers across different markets, manage a variety of inquiries, and use your problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technical support can be especially valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian and English through the designated service channels.
• Handle inquiries accurately and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Understand customer concerns, actively listen, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage complex information and follow established procedures.
• Prioritize requests, resolve issues, and handle sensitive or urgent situations calmly.
• Maintain accurate records and pay close attention to detail.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Italian.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
• Empathy, attention to detail, and effective stress management.
• A calm, professional approach to complaints and urgent situations.
• Experience in healthcare or technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is a plus.
