Job Description: Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Position: Full-time, On-site

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Italian? We are seeking a motivated Italian-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support for web services, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, and helping them navigate our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with web-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Offer clear, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, or chat.
• Guide customers through our web services, ensuring they have a positive user experience.
• Document customer interactions and provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (mandatory).
• B2 level of English (mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer service or web services is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Shift Details:

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.

Additional Benefits:

• Relocation support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
  • Airfare reimbursement up to €400 (economy class) after 6 months of the contract.
  • Accommodation: Shared apartment provided for up to 12 months, with rent of €280 per month, including all utility bills. Rent is deducted directly from the payslip.
