Are you an Italian speaker who loves retail, fashion, or e-commerce? We are seeking dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our international team on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will support a premier global retail brand, helping customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience from browsing to checkout and beyond.

The Role

  • Customer Advisory: Assist Italian-speaking shoppers with product inquiries, sizing guides, order modifications, and store policies via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Order & Logistics Tracking: Help customers track their shipments, manage package returns, process exchanges, and resolve shipping delays.
  • Billing & Refund Support: Securely manage transactions, verify promotional codes, update payment methods, and process refunds or store credits.
  • Brand Representation: Deliver an elevated, welcoming service experience that builds customer loyalty and reflects the premium standards of the retail brand.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, stylish, and high-energy corporate office hub.

Requirements

  • Retail Passion: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or e-commerce is highly valued but not strictly mandatory.
  • Tech Comfort: Ability to multitask smoothly across order management systems and digital chat platforms.
