For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3 to 6 years of experience as a Java Developer

Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot is required to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full application stack is essential.

Familiarity with conducting code reviews and delivering constructive feedback to peers supports team code quality standards.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, is necessary for team collaboration.

Strong communication skills are needed to provide clear, timely updates on task status, blockers, and timelines to stakeholders.

Fluency in English (B2)

Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week based in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
