About the Opportunity

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading consumer credit platform in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will support French-speaking customers by phone, understand their needs, provide personalized assistance, and recommend suitable financing solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Information

• Position: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative
• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Work Model: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 05:30 PM
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Contract: 6-month contract
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment

Your Responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer customer requests by phone in French regarding their existing credit and new project inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions and better understand their expectations.
• Reassure customers and recommend the most suitable financing options based on their individual needs.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with customers.
• Contribute to customer portfolio development within the Relational Excellence framework.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls while identifying and capitalizing on relevant commercial opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer files in accordance with established procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain a high level of rigor, professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional customer experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, banking, finance, or a similar field.
• Be comfortable communicating with customers by phone.
• Have a customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Be able to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Have a commercial mindset and be able to identify opportunities during customer interactions.
• Be organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity when handling confidential customer information.
• Be available to work on-site in Braga.
