For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

9+ years of experience as a Lead PythonDeveloper

Deep knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code reliability, maintainability, and high quality across all development phases

Proficiency with Django framework for designing and maintaining scalable, performant backend architectures grounded in clean architecture principles

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools and methodologies

Understanding of Agile methodologies and principles

Strong command of refactoring techniques and simple design principles, with the ability to improve existing codebases while preserving functionality and clarity

Autonomous, performance-driven leader capable of mentoring team members, taking ownership of technical decisions, and championing continuous improvement initiatives

Fluency in English (B2)

Availability for hybrid model, 2x/week, based in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
